Creating awareness on health is a good step towards creating a healthier society.
We, at Max India Foundation through our NGO partner regularly organise health awareness talks (oral health/Dengue/HPV/hand hygiene/Menstrual hygiene/waste management/pollution prevention) to educate children and communities on importance of maintaining good health and its preventive measures which will help in leading to a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being.
Max India Foundation in partnership with ITV Foundation
organised a free medical camp in Bhatinda; with focus on cancer, Drug De-addiction and general health check up to help people be aware of their health status.
Doctors from Max Hospital Bhatinda along with the marketing and nursing staff and ITV Foundation staff extended their support during the camp. Thank you to our doctors (Dr Rajesh Vashistha, Dr Manjinder Singh, Dr Manisha, Dr Satish Thapar, Dr Shilpa Gupta and Dr Jang Bahadur Singh) for examining 420 people and all our volunteers for the successful completion of the camp.
Hepatitis B is a serious viral infection affecting liver.
However, this disease is easily preventable by vaccination. To prevent this disease in underprivileged children, Max India Foundation organised Hepatitis B immunisation and Awareness camp at Khushi Shikshantara. The children received their second dose of the vaccine.
Max India Foundation through its partner NGOs
