Having worked in Training and Development and the Executive Search business in the past, Neha gets her energy from facilitating youth groups. In her previous role as a Sr Program Manager with Piramal Foundation for Education Leadership (PFEL), she was engaging young change leaders to discover and chalk out their social impact journeys through Self Change. At PFEL she co-designed and managed The New Millionaire Program - an Executive Learning initiative for the Alumni supporting social entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs. At Manzil, a not-for-profit based in Delhi, as part of the core team, she has designed and facilitated 'Hello Zindagi' a unique offering for the youth to discover their passion and transition to the professional phase of their life. Neha has also been instrumental in the global launch of Social, Emotional and Ethical Learning (SEE Learning) Curriculum with Vana Foundation, Emory University and Dalai Lama Trust. She is currently co-leading the North India operations for SEE Learning India to disseminate the curriculum and support schools and organizations to adopt SEE Learning in their context. Neha holds a Post Graduate Degree in Commerce (Business Management) from University of Mumbai.
