An annual event which salutes the strong determination of Cancer Survivors who fought all odds to come out as winners during their treatment ordeal entered its 3rd year.
This year MIF joined hands with Cankids…KidsCan; an NGO working for childhood cancer to celebrate child survivors by supporting the 6th CanKids Car Rally Go Gold Punjab, to spread awareness on Childhood Cancer. The rally began with a grand flag off ceremony at Select City Mall, Delhi on 23rd September. Muskaan whose treatment was funded by MIF was the face of the campaign. With team CanKids… KidsCan, she covered 1000 kms during the rally in a span of five days travelling across Chandigarh, Bhatinda, Amritsar, Ludhiana and village Rail Majra
Dengue Awareness Campaign
Col Vikas Goswami along with his team of volunteers spoke to the EWS patients at Max Patparganj hospital on Dengue awareness, it's prevention and cure.
Health and Awareness Camp at Mukundpur
Max India Foundation conducted a Health and Awareness Camp at Mukundpur in association with Khushi- Shikshantara. ENT check up was conducted for 90 children. A puppet Show followed by an interactive quiz was organised for 200 children on Control of Mosquito related diseases.
A Health Check Up
A Health Check Up camp organised at Nala Colony in association with Feedback Foundation. Free medicines were also provided to the beneficiary population on prescription.
